Bosnia and Serbia Prime Ministers Visit HIGER

On November 24, 2015, Denis Zvizdic, Prime Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Aleksandar Vucic, Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, visited HIGER on the occasion of the Fourth Summit of China and Central and Eastern European Countries, which was held in Suzhou.Wu Wenwen, General Manager of Higer Bus Company Limited, presented the history of Higer’s development and the technology research and development status.

HIGER has been present in the markets of Serbia, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia and Bulgaria since 2007. As of today, nearly one hundred HIGER have been operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina, running a total of 1.3 million Km.


After checking the high quality and comfort of the vehicles, Prime Minister Zvizdic stated that the government of Bosnia and Herzegovina is discussing to optimize tariff policy to introduce more HIGER units into the market to improve local transport quality and help energy-saving and emission-reduction.

Prime Minister Vucic shared his great interest in HIGER new energy buses and Euro Ⅵ buses with Mr Wu, encouraging the company to invest in Serbia with the future construction of a bus manufacturing base.
