2018 marks the 20th anniversary of Higer’s establishment. On December 28, Leaders from FJ Motor, Xiamen King Long Motor Group, Suzhou Chuangyuan Investment Group, and Scania, a strategic partner of Higer, gathered together with nearly 4000 employees to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Higer Bus.

Qiu Zhixiang, General Manager of FJ Motor, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of King Long Motor Group, Zou Jianchun, General Manager of Suzhou Chuangyuan Investment Group, and Huang Shuping, Managing Director of Higer Bus, delivered a speech.

Huang Shuping reviewed the extraordinary development of Higer over the past 20 years and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the customers, governments of the two places, competent authorities, shareholders, partners, employees and their families who have long cared about and supported the company's development. Looking ahead, Mr. Huang   said that the next 20 years would be filled with greater challenges, more difficulties, and more opportunities.  Higer should hold high the banner of secondary entrepreneurship, adhere to optimize the layout and improve efficiency, and march towards a new journey of high-quality development, so as to develop Higer into a world-class bus enterprise. To this end, Higer will carry out solid actions in the following four aspects. We will focus on efficiency, pay attention to two basic points (product and quality), strengthen three major sections (domestic, overseas and Scania-Higer), build four teams (marketing wolf team, R&D innovative team, manufacturing artisan team and management professional team), so as to write a new chapter of Higer.

At the scene of the activity, General Manager Huang also officially released the 2.0 version of the company's corporate culture -- Driving Force, and commended the advanced individuals of the 20th anniversary. Then the wonderful performances produced and performed by Higer’s employees pushed the celebration to the climax.

Led by all the senior executives, the employees at the scene sang “Tomorrow Will Be Better”. The 20th anniversary of Higer has come to a successful conclusion, and the new magnificent picture of the next two decades has began. The “Higer people” will make innovations, work hard and create a brilliant future with the spirit of “grasping iron with marks and stepping stone to leave marks” and the courage of “cutting a road when coming to hill and building a bridge when encountering water”.
