On Nov 13th, 2019, a group of seven from ZF FRIEDRICHSHAFEN AG visited Higer Customer Service Center and discussed cooperation and after-sales service with Higer.
During the meeting, Mr. Liu, Overseas Customer Service Department Director, greeted ZF Management Group and introduced each other. After that, we introduced the system and organizational structure of Higer Overseas Customer Service Department, as well as Higer service stations and service capability around the world. After listening to the introduction, ZF Management Group expressed their appreciation for our company's perfect overseas after-sales service system.
After that, ZF Management Group introduced ZF FRIEDRICHSHAFEN AG, the system and organizational structure of ZF middle east, detailedly introduced the service scope and capability of ZF middle east stations.
About the service and spare parts , the leader of Overseas Customer Service Department made a in-depth communication with ZF Management Group. The leaders of ZF said that they would improve their after-sales service and strengthen the timeliness of spare parts supply according to our requirements.
