On September 18 to 26, 2014, Mr. Shen Ning, Director of HIGER Overseas Service Department, received a letter of thanks from our Russian customer to show their appreciation for the outstanding work of Mr. He Ximing during his training on vehicle electrics.

After noticing the issues experienced by the staffs of more than 20 service stations to resolve vehicle electric failures, Mr. He worked out a basic training course on fundamentals of vehicle electrics, interpretation of schematic diagrams, and electric failure troubleshooting.

During the training, Mr. He combined theory and practice, providing both theoretical knowledge and actual failure and troubleshooting examples. The training greatly improved the capabilities of the Russian service stations for electric failure troubleshooting. The customer was satisfied with the training results and hopes that HIGER can deliver similar service trainings in the future to consolidate and enhance HIGER’s customer service network in Russia.
