On August 20, 2020 the 7th “Awarding Ceremony of Best Employer in Greater Suzhou And Employer Brand” was celebrated in the studio of Suzhou Broadcasting System. Higer Bus has been awarded the “Best Employer” for three consecutive years. This not only demonstrates the overall strength and image of Higer Bus, but also recognizes its influence as a brand.

Till August 2020, Higer has ranked among "China's 500 Most Valuable Brands" for the 13th consecutive year with brand value of 50.687 billion yuan, and has become China's fastest-growing bus manufacturer, a national bus export base enterprise and one of China's Top 100 Informatized Enterprises.

In response to the overseas COVID-19, Higer planned the "Higer is with You" branding campaign on March, and purchased more than 150,000 masks and sent them to 50 countries.

On October 18th-23rd, Busworld Brussels 2019 was held in Brussels Expo. The event, a professional bus expo organized by BAAV, has a history of 46 years. At present, it is the world’s largest and oldest bus expo. With new hosting city and exhibition hall, the event is attracting greater attention this year.

According to World Brand Lab, based on financial data analysis, consumer behavior and brand influence, HIGER made its way into the list for eight consecutive years, ranking the 129th place in 2015, up from last year’s 134th place, with a brand value reaching 20.286 billion RMB.

In 2014, after 16 years of constant research and growth, HIGER sales exceeded 10 billion Chinese Yuan.

On May 19, 2013, the foundation laying ceremony of the HIGER New Energy Bus plant was officially held. The first phase of the project amounted to 1.5 billion Chinese Yuan. After its completion, the annual production capacity of the base will reach 10,000 new energy bus units.

On May 22, 2013, HIGER launched G-BOS II at the Beijing International Exhibition of Buses, Trucks and Vehicle Components.

In September 2013, the First HIGER American Business Conference was held in Santiago de Chile. In September 2012, the HIGER Light Duty Vehicle plant in Kunshan was set into production.
