With the aim to make concerted efforts and learn widely from others' strong points, the 4th China International Import Expo was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) as scheduled. On November 7, the signing ceremony for strategic cooperation between Higer Bus and Sociedade de Transportes Colectivos de Macao, S.A. of Nam Kwong (Group) Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TCM Nam Kwong") was also held at Hall 6 of the CIIE. In recent years, TCM Nam Kwong has actively practiced the concept of environmental protection, and has helped the widespread use of environmentally friendly vehicles in Macao. Since 2021, it has replaced buses with green buses suitable for Macao road conditionsin batches to provide more green travel services for Macao citizens and tourists visiting Macao. The appearance of the vehicle adopts classic European boxy shape, and the color is mainly orange and white, which is fashionable and lively; the shape adopts the right-hand drive three-door design pioneered by Higer Bus in the industry. The front, middle and rear doors can realize the rapid and orderly boarding and alighting of passengers, so as to make more effective use of the compartment space. In rush hours, passengers can also be guided to board the bus from the middle door, reducing the boarding time of passengers and improving the boarding and alighting efficiency; With low floor, subway-style sliding plug door and intelligent kneeling function,the vehicle automatically lowers itself at the passenger side after arriving at the station, which greatly facilitates passengers and improves the riding experience. So far, more than 4000 Higer Azure buses have been running in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Chongqing and other provinces and cities, becoming the most beautiful sight to behold on the streets.
Higer Bus entered the Macao market in 2006. At present, it has more than 700 buses in the local market, ranking second among Chinese bus brands. With low-entrance three-doorbuses, extended-range electric buses, photovoltaic extended-range electric buses, and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge shuttle bus put into operation in 2018, specially tailored for the Macao bus market, Higer Bus has a high brand recognition in Macao.
